Your mission

Join our logistics team and gain hands-on experience in spare parts distribution and transportation across Europe. In this role, you will support daily logistics operations, maintain shipping and system data, assist with reporting and KPI tracking, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Working closely with colleagues and logistics partners in an international environment, you will develop valuable insights into transport, logistics, and supply chain management while supporting a dynamic and fast-paced team.

In this role you will:

Support daily logistics activities related to spare parts distribution and transportation across Europe.
Assist with shipping documentation, data maintenance, and updates in internal logistics systems.
Help prepare reports, maintain records, and support operational and administrative processes.
Contribute to data analysis, KPI reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with colleagues and logistics partners in an international business environment.
Gain valuable practical experience and insights into transport, logistics, and supply chain management while supporting a dynamic team.

Your profile

Ideally, you have:

Strong interest in logistics, transportation, and supply chain management
Previous internship or student work experience in logistics is an advantage but not required
Good analytical and organizational skills
Good Excel skills and confidence working with data
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Good communication and teamwork skills
Fluent English and German
Service-oriented, proactive, and reliable working style
Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week
