We’re looking for an experienced Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) based in Tarragona who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making operations run smoother, faster, and smarter.
If you bring solid experience in transport operations and enjoy optimizing processes while working closely with partners across the logistics network — this role is for you.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be at the heart of our transport operations, making sure everything runs efficiently from planning to delivery:

Coordinate daily transport operations and keep the network running smoothly
Optimize truck loads and improve overall transport efficiency
Monitor shipments, solve issues quickly, and keep things on track
Work closely with transport suppliers and 3PL partners to ensure capacity and flexibility
Identify opportunities to improve utilization (including backhauls)
Handle transport-related topics such as claims and service quality
Support cost tracking and invoicing processes

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or similar
Minimum 5 years of experience in transport or logistics operations
Strong organizational skills and a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively
Familiarity with transport systems (TMS/EDI is a plus)
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
