Project Management Specialist – Logistics (m/f/d)

Your mission

GLOVIS Europe GmbH is seeking a Project Management Specialist (m/f/d)  to join our FVL Planning & Markets team. You will support the Project Management Lead in project coordination, reporting, presentations, calculations, and contract reviews, ensuring smooth project execution and high-quality deliverables. 

Your Key Responsibilities will be: 

Contract Analysis 
  • Review of National Sales Company (NSC) contracts to ensure coverage of rate structures and liability provisions 
  • Simplify contract templates for clarity and usability 
  • Assess Forwarders’ and Transport Liability Insurance for improvement opportunities 
Presentations & Reporting 
  • Prepare presentations to support projects and departmental needs 
  • Maintain project calculation files accurately to support decision-making 
  • Deliver structured reports with actionable insights to management 
Project Management 
  • Plan, monitor, and track projects, timelines, budgets, and deliverables 
  • Allocate resources, manage risks, and handle scope changes proactively 
  • Ensure project objectives are achieved efficiently and on schedule 
Communication & Collaboration 
  • Coordinate between teams, departments, and external partners 
  • Provide transparent progress updates and early issue alerts 
  • Support management decisions with clear recommendations 

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree (Logistics specialization is a plus) 
  • 3–5 years of project management experience, including management-level reporting 
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills 
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) 
  • Demonstrated ability to provide accurate and timely financial management information.
