Operations:
- Manage daily transport operations ensuring smooth coordination from order placement to final delivery
- Coordinate and schedule truck transport in alignment with customer requirements to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
- Maintain clear communication with customers and third-party logistics providers (e.g., trucking companies, ocean carriers)
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and other offices and branches within GLOVIS Europe
- Accurately input data into customer´s ERP systems
- Conduct regular status checks and data cleanup to ensure consistency across systems
- Support monthly financial closing and client billing processes guaranteeing timely and accurate completion
- Calculate and verify buying and selling amounts
- Prepare and issue necessary documents and invoices maintaining accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Prepare regular internal and external delivery reports ensuring timely and accurate communication with stakeholders
- Generate internal reports for monthly closing, supporting financial reconciliation and decision-making processes
- Maintain and update accurate records of logistics operations performance
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends and areas for process optimization contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
